| Two Faced Hamburgers
2 pounds of ground beef 1/2 cup of extra hot catsup 2 teaspoon of salt 1 loaf French bread prepared mustard and mayonnaise |

Mix the meat, catsup and salt. Cut the bread in 3/4 - 1 inch slices. Spread both sides of each slice with prepared mustard then with mayonnaise and last with generous amount of meat mixture ( on each face of bread". Broil in wire broiler over hot coals, turn once. Makes 8 - 10 |
