Wine Vinegar Barbecue Sauce
2 cups of tomato catsup
2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
Dash of Tabasco sauce |

Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
