Secret Steak Marinade
For 4 steaks:

1/2 cup of soy sauce
1 cup of oyster (or oyster- flavored sauce)
1/2 cup of red wine
1 tablespoon of olive oil (or walnut or avocado oil)
1/4 cup of chopped scallions (green end)

Mix ingredients together in large bowl. Thirty minutes prior to cooking steaks, put them in the marinade. With 2 forks, poke holes in the steaks as they sit in marinade. Poke holes and turn steaks about every 5 minutes. Do not marinate for more than 30 minutes. Soy sauce is strong and will make the steaks too salty if they sit in the marinade longer. Broil or grill steaks as usual.
