Lemon Dipping Sauce
two 16 ounce ctn. light sour cream 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish 2 teaspoons of lemon zest 6 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon of salt Lemon zest (for garnish) |

Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Garnish, if desired.
