1/4 cup of plain nonfat yogurt 2 tablespoons of fat-free mayonnaise dressing or salad dressing 2 tablespoons of green onion, finely chopped 1 1/2 teaspoon of prepared horseradish 1 teaspoon of snipped parsley |

Stir together yogurt, mayonnaise dressing or salad dressing, green onion, horseradish, and snipped parsley. Makes 1/2 cup; 8 (1 tablespoon) servings. Make Ahead Tip: Prepare sauce; cover and chill up to 2 days.
