| Fiesta Barbecue Sauce
2/3 cup of ketchup
1/3 cup of Bold Barbecue Sauce Concentrate
3 tablespoons of fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of cilantro
Combine all ingredients; mix well. You can use more or less Barbecue Sauce Concentrate, to taste. Use as a basting sauce and condiment. |
