| Cider Vinegar Barbecue Sauce
1 1/2 cup of cider vinegar 1/3 cup of brown sugar, firmly packed 1/4 cup of ketchup 1 tablespoon of hot sauce 1 teaspoon of browning and seasoning sauce 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce |

Stir together all ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 7 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Cover and chill sauce until ready to serve. Serve with Smoked Pork Shoulder.
