| Bell Pepper Barbecue Sauce
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 medium onion, diced
1 small bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of mustard
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
3/4 cup of catsup |

Sauté onions in margarine until onions turn clear. Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly over low heat.
