Barbecue Salmon Steaks

1 1/2 inch salmon steak per person
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 to 3/4 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of parsley
Salt & pepper or lemon & pepper seasoning
Lemon wedges

Marinate the salmon steaks in oil, wine and seasoning mixture for 2 hours or more, refrigerated. BBQ using leftover marinate for basting. Grill about 20 minutes total, turning and basting 2 or 3 times. Serve with lemon wedges and tossed salad.
