| Sherry Ginger Marinade
1/3 cup of sherry 1/3 cup of soy sauce 1/3 cup of vegetable oil 2 tablespoons of honey 2 tablespoons of grated fresh gingerroot 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced |

In a medium bowl, mix sherry, soy sauce, vegetable oil, honey, gingerroot and garlic. Place steak into the mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 4 hours before grilling as desired.
