BBQ Brisket

6 pounds of brisket
1 teaspoon of  celery salt
1 teaspoon of onion salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
3 tablespoons of  Liquid Smoke
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of  pepper
BBQ Brisket Sauce, recipe follows

Cover brisket with celery, salt, onion, salt, garlic powder and Liquid Smoke. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle brisket with Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook at 250ºF. for 5 hours. Drain off grease. Pour sauce over brisket; bake 1 hour longer at 275ºF.

BBQ BRISKET SAUCE

1 cup of  ketchup
1/4 cup of  brown sugar
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup of vinegar
2 cups of water
Salt

Mix ingredients and boil for 15 minutes.
