2 ready to eat ham slices about 8 x 5 x 1/2 inches thick
2 cups of thinly sliced tart cooking apples
1 cup of seedless raisins
3 tablespoons of firmly packed brown sugar
2/3 cup of apple cider

Lay 1 slice of ham in a greased shallow baking dish. Cover with apple slices and raisins and sprinkle with sugar. Top with the remaining ham slice.
