3/4 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon of salt
5 cups of apples, peeled and sliced
1 cup of blueberries, fresh if possible
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 unbaked double crust pastry
2 tablespoons of margarine |

In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add the apples, blueberries and lemon juice; toss to coat the fruit. Turn into pastry lined 9" pie plate. Dot with margarine.
