Party Nuts: Beat 1 egg white until frothy. Add 1 lb. of pecan halves, mix with hands. 1/2 cup of sugar,1 tablespoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of salt, mix all three and sprinkle over mixture. Mix all with hands, and spread nuts on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300ºF. for 30 minutes. Cool well before placing in a container.
