473.2 ml Sugar
177.4 ml Cocoa baking
9.9 ml Baking Soda
4.9 ml Baking Powder
4.9 ml Salt
2.0 large Eggs
118.3 ml Vegetable Oil
236.6 ml Coffee black, strong
236.6 ml Buttermilk
4.9 ml Vanilla Extract
0.0 HUNDRED DOLLAR FROSTING
59.1 ml Butter or regular margarine
85.0 g Semisweet chocolate
1.0 large Egg
14.8 ml Vanilla
14.8 ml Lemon Juice
236.6 ml Walnuts chopped |

Cooking Instructions:
Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda,
baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil, coffee, buttermilk
and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer set at medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour batter into greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake in preheated 350ºF.oven
for 40 minutes or until the cake tests done.
Cool in pan on rack. Frost with Hundred Dollar Frosting. Cut into squares.
HUNDRED DOLLAR FROSTING: Combine butter and semisweet chocolate in a double
boiler top. Place over hot water, stirring until melted. Remove and cool
well. Add egg and stir vigorously. Stir in confectioners sugar, vanilla and
lemon juice. Beat until smooth. Stir in walnuts and frost cake with icing.
