Soy Bean Loaf 1
1 cup of grated carrots 2 cups of soybeans ( cooked or soaked overnight and whirled in blender until fine & mushy) 1 onion, grated 2 cups of grated raw beets 1 green pepper, minced 1 cup of tomato juice 3 eggs 4 teaspoons of soy flour 1 teaspoon of sweet basil 1 tablespoon of parsley salt to taste 1/2 cup of wheat germ |

Mix all ingredients together well. Bake in an oiled loaf pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325ºF. Soybean Loaf 2 2 cups of soybeans ( cooked or soaked overnight and whirled in blender until fine) 2 cups of peeled and chopped fresh tomatoes 2 tablespoons of honey 1/4 cup of chopped onion 3 eggs 1 green pepper, chopped 3 tablespoons of soy flour 1/4 cup of chopped ripe olives 1 cup of tomato juice
Blend together all ingredients except tomato juice and cook in oiled loaf pan for 1 hour at 325ºF. Sprinkle top with tomato juice.
