1 pound of pork tenderloin, sliced 2 inches thick flour 3 tablespoons of bacon drippings salt and pepper 3/4 cup of sour cream |

Flatten tenderloin slices; dredge with flour. Brown tenderloins in bacon drippings; season with salt and pepper to taste. Add sour cream; cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 6. |
