| Bratwurst Casserole
2 pounds of bratwurst Potatoes Onions One 10 ounce can of cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can water 1/2 can milk
Skin bratwurst, cut in small chunks. Fry until brown. Pour off grease. Grease casserole, slice potatoes in casserole, then onions, then meat; repeat. Cover with soup, water and milk mixture. Add salt and pepper if desired. Bake at 350ºF. degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
