Roast Superb
one 5 pound
rib eye beef roast 2 teaspoons of bon appétit 2 teaspoons of season all 1 teaspoon of dry mustard 1 teaspoon of ginger 1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon of pepper 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate 1/2 teaspoon of salt |

Wipe the roast with a damp cloth. Combine the seasonings and rub thoroughly into roast. Place on a rack in pan, then insert a meat thermometer into the center of the thickest part. Roast in a 325ºF. oven for 2 hours for rare, or until meat thermometer registers desired degree of doneness. Serve on platter and garnish with parsley and radishes. 8 - 10 servings
