1 1/2 pounds of ground beef 1/2 pound of pork 1 small onion, chopped 1 tablespoon of cornstarch 1/4 cup of milk salt and pepper to taste Pie pastry Biscuit dough |

Cook the beef and pork with onion in water to cover until meat looses redness. Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in milk, add seasonings to taste. Roll out pastry and place in skillet, add meat mixture. Cover with biscuit dough that overhangs skillet. Bake at 450ºF. for 20 minutes or until crust is brown. 8 - 10 servings |
