Marinated
Lamb
8 tablespoons of olive oil
8 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 lemon
8 large cloves garlic
1 teaspoon of rosemary
1 butterflied leg of lamb
Mix 6 tablespoons olive oil with soy sauce. Add juice from lemon and
grated lemon peel. Add pressed garlic and rosemary. Mix well. Rub 2
tablespoon olive oil on un-boned side of lamb. Turn over and pour
mixture over boned side. Marinate for 2 to 4 hours. Barbeque only until
medium-rare.
