Minted Lamb Chops 4 shoulder lamb chops 1/4 inch thick Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup of butter, melted 1/4 cup of mint, chopped 1/4 cup of chives, chopped
Arrange chops in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour over lamb. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes. Yields: 4 servings.
