Hamburger Stroganoff
1/2 cup of minced onion 1 clove garlic 1/4 cup of butter 1 pound of
ground beef 2 tablespoons of flour 2 teaspoons of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1 pound of fresh
mushrooms or one 8 ounce can of sliced mushrooms 1 can of cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1 cup of
sour cream |

Sauté onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Add meat and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Add soup, simmer, uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat thoroughly. Serve with noodles or rice. 4 - 6 servings
