Beef & Macaroni Sauté

1/2 pound of ground beef
2 cups of uncooked elbow macaroni Basic-Recipes.com 9/19/06
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
garlic salt to taste
1 small can of tomato juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

Brown the ground beef in skillet. Add macaroni, chopped onion, green pepper and garlic salt. Sauté over low heat, stirring occasionally, until macaroni turns slightly yellow. Heat tomato juice to boiling, add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Stir into beef macaroni mixture. Pour into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350ºF.  for 30 - 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings
