Chinese Hamburgers 2

3 pounds of ground beef
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 tablespoons of flour
6 scallions, chopped
2 well beaten eggs (opt.)
2 boxes Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Shells
Sesame seed


Fry meat; drain off fat. Add scallions, sugar, flour and eggs (optional); mix well. Flatten out shells very thin. Cut into fourths. Take 1/4 shell; add meat mixture. Fold ends and dip in seed. Hamburgers can now be frozen until ready to use or placed in oven and baked at 400ºF. for 20 minutes or until brown.
