|Ham & Cheese Casserole Bread
2/3 cup of chopped onion
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 cups of all purpose biscuit mix
1 cup of chopped cooked ham
2/3 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of prepared mustard
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) of shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoon of sesame seed
2 tablespoons of snipped parsley
3 tablespoons of butter or margarine, melted
Sauté onion in 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet.
Combine biscuit mix and ham.
Blend the remaining 2 tablespoons oil, eggs, milk, mustard, onion, and 3/4 cup cheese. Stir into ham mixture. Spoon into a greased 1 1/2 quart round casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 3/4 cup cheese, sesame seed, parsley and butter.
Bake, uncovered, at 350ºF. minutes or until done. Cut into wedges to serve. 6 servings
