| Low Calorie Wise Dill Chicken Drumsticks
1 cup of plain low-fat yogurt 1 1/2 cup of regular wheat germ 1/2 cup of chopped almonds 2 teaspoons of dried dill weed 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 12 chicken drumsticks Nonstick vegetable cooking spray |

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place yogurt in shallow bowl. Combine wheat germ, almonds, dill weed, salt and pepper in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken drumsticks one at a time, into yogurt, then roll in wheat germ mixture to coat. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Arrange chicken in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake about 50 minutes or until chicken is tender. Garnish as desired. |
