Barbecue Chicken Drumsticks

8 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tablespoon of pepper, white, ground
1/2 cup of coriander, chopped fine
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of coriander, ground
1 tablespoon of red chili flakes
2 tablespoons of  lime juice
4 pounds of  chicken drumsticks

 

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, coating the drumsticks on all surfaces. Marinate 30 minutes or better yet, overnight in the refrigerator. Barbecue over moderate charcoal fire or gas barbecue for 30 minutes or until well-cooked on both sides.
