| Potato Flaked Chicken
1 2 1/2 to 3 pound broiler fryer, cut up 1 egg, beaten 2 tablespoons of water packaged instant potato flakes paprika |

Wash chicken thoroughly. Beat one egg and 2 tablespoons of water together. Dip chicken in mixture and roll in potato flakes. Place chicken, skin side up, in well greased pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 400ºF. for 20 minutes; turn and bake for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350ºF. and bake 30 minutes longer. Serves 6-8 |
