| | Parmesan Garlic Chicken Wings
9 fresh chicken wings 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon of granulated garlic 2 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, divided 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 425ºF. It's your choice: Separate the wings at the joints, keep the wing tips on or off, or leave them whole. Coat wings in olive oil Combine Italian seasoning, garlic, 1 1/2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese, sea salt and pepper flakes and mix well. Dredge wings in the seasonings. Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese on top. Spread wings on lined sheet pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once during cooking. Wings should be slightly browned and slightly crispy. Serves 3
