Orange Barbecued Chicken
5 pounds of bone-in chicken parts salt 1 can (6 ounces) of frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce |

Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt. Arrange on rack about 4 inches above slow-burning charcoal; broil 30 minutes, turning once. Or, place on rack under a preheated broiler, 4 inches from heat source; broil for 30 minutes, turning once. Make orange sauce: Combine orange juice concentrate with Worcestershire sauced and blend well. After chicken has cooked for 30 minutes, baste it every 5 minutes. Turn chicken often until tender, about 15 minutes (Total broiling time is approximately 45 minutes). Serves 8.
