Golden Creamed Chicken Breasts

6 halves of chicken breasts
2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 tablespoon of minced parsley
1/2 cup of light cream

 

Arrange the chicken in a lightly buttered 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Spread butter over chicken. Bake at 400ºF. for 20 minutes longer. Turn chicken, bake for 20 minutes longer. Mix soup and cream, pour over chicken. Sprinkle parsley on top. Bake 20 minutes more. Serve with rice. 6 servings
