| Easy Company Chicken
2 cups of cooked rice
1 whole chicken, fricassee style with gravy
9 ounces of artichoke hearts, drained
1/2 cup of chopped fresh onion
1 lemon, thin sliced, seeds removed
1 cup of white wine
salt and pepper to taste |

Combine all ingredients in pot. Cover and cook on HIGH 3 - 4 hours. Serves 4 |
