Honey Mustard Baked Chicken

1 fryer, 2 to 3 pounds
1/2 cup of strained honey
1/3 cup of prepared mustardv2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/4 cup of melted margarine

Wipe halved or quartered chicken with damp cloth. Mix together the honey, mustard, lemon juice and salt, spoon 1/2 cup over chicken. Cover, chill for 2 hours or overnight. Place the drained chicken on shallow baking pan, skin side up, drizzle margarine over surface. Bake in moderate oven at 350ºF.  for 45 minutes. Baste with drained sauce and continue baking for 15 minutes or until a drumstick twists out of thigh joint. Serve with an extra 1/2 cup of heated sauce. serves 2 - 4 Submitted by.
