Wash the chicken pieces; drain and place skin side down in single layer in shallow baking pan. Combine all of the remaining ingredients except mushrooms; pour over each piece of chicken coating well. Bake in preheated oven at 425ºF. oven for 45 minutes, basting occasionally. Turn and sprinkle mushrooms over top; baste again with sauce and bake 15 minutes longer.
