Baked Chicken with Orange Sauce

6 chicken breasts
1/2 cup of fresh orange juice
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of mustard
1 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce
3 tablespoons of grated orange rind
1/3 cup of cooking oil
one 4 ounce can of sliced mushrooms

Wash the chicken pieces; drain and place skin side down in single layer in shallow baking pan. Combine all of the remaining ingredients except mushrooms; pour over each piece of chicken coating well. Bake in preheated oven at 425ºF.  oven for 45 minutes, basting occasionally. Turn and sprinkle mushrooms over top; baste again with sauce and bake 15 minutes longer. Remove chicken to hot p0latter and spoon sauce over top. Makes 6 servings
