Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Combine the basil, rosemary, celery seed and oregano, sprinkle lightly over each piece of chicken. Arrange the chicken in ovenproof glass baking dish. Sprinkle the chicken with paprika, cover dish with foil. Bake in preheated 400ºF. oven for 15 minutes, reduce the heat to 325ºF. and bake for 2 hours or until tender.
