2 1/2 pounds of chicken pieces 1/2 cup of sour cream 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of celery salt 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1 cup of dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Rinse chicken in cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Mix in sour cream, lemon juice, celery salt, pepper, paprika and salt. Dip chicken pieces into mixture and cover with bread or cracker crumbs. Place the chicken in greased baking pan. Bake, uncovered at 350ºF. for 45 - 60 minutes or until the chicken is tender and crusty brown,. Makes 4 servings
