Cajun Chicken Bayou
2 cups of water
one 10 ounce can of diced tomatoes & green chilies
1 box of Uncle Ben's Brand Red Beans & Rice
2 Tyson IFF Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen |

In large skillet, combine water, tomatoes, beans & rice and contents of seasoning packet, mix well. Add chicken. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, simmer 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken juice run clear. Serves 2
