Beef Stroganoff
3 pounds of
steak, round or sirloin 4 medium onions, sliced 2 cans of tomato sauce 3 small cans of sliced mushrooms 4 1/2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 1/2 pints of
sour cream 1 teaspoon of nutmeg |

Sauté the onions and sliced steak in 1/4 pound of butter. Season with salt, pepper & paprika. Add other ingredients except sour cream. Use juice from mushrooms. Simmer for 1 hour. Add sour cream for last 10 to 15 minutes. Serve over rice. Serves 6
