| Barbecued Pork Tenderloin
two 1-pound pork tenderloins 1/4 cup of flour 2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 cup of ketchup 1/4 cup of vinegar 4 teaspoons of dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon of salt pepper to taste 2 tablespoons of sugar 2 tablespoons of paprika 2 teaspoons of celery salt 1 1/2 teaspoons of chili sauce |

Cut each tenderloin into four pieces. coat meat with flour; brown in hot butter or margarine. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover and simmer, or bake at 325ºF. for 2 hours. Serves 8. |
