Teriyaki Wings
24 chicken wings 1/2 cup of soy sauce 1/2 cup of rice vinegar 1/2 cup of sesame oil 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tablespoon of ginger root, grated 1 packet of Sweet 'n Low
Mix all ingredients, except wings, in a small bowl. Rinse and dry wings. Place wings in marinade and refrigerate at least 1 hour (overnight is better). Bake wings at 400ºF. for 20 minutes. Pour off any liquids. Baste with marinade and broil until browned (5 to 10 minutes) Turn over, baste, and broil again. Serves 8. |
