Guacamole
2 ripe avocadoes 2 tablespoons of salsa 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped |

Scoop out each avocado and place in small bowl. Mash well, and add all ingredients and mix. Serve with pork rinds or as a side with fajitas. Serves 8.
When storing in the refrigerator, put avocado seed in center and cover with plastic wrap, pushing wrap down onto top surface of guacamole, to eliminate air pockets. This will prevent browning.
Note: Be sure to read the label on the salsa, not all are low in carbs.
