1 cup of heavy cream 1/2 cup of salsa 1 pound of cheddar cheese, cut into 1-inch blocks 1 can of green chiles, diced 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt 1/4 teaspoon of chili powder 1 tablespoon of cilantro, finely minced
Use a double boiler. Add all ingredients. Heat while stirring constantly until smooth. Serve warm. Serves 16. |
