Spinach Dip
1 package of frozen chopped spinach, raw
2 cups of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of chopped parsley
1/2 cup of chopped onion
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper | |
Thaw, drain and squeeze water out of spinach. Mix well with rest of
ingredients. Serve with fresh vegetables and crackers. |
