1 pound of ground beef 1/2 cup of chopped onion one 8 ounce can of tomato sauce 1/4 cup of ketchup one 8 ounce package of cream cheese 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 clove garlic, mashed 1 teaspoon of oregano 1 tablespoon of parsley 1 tablespoon of sugar one 4 ounce can of mushrooms, chopped salt to taste pepper to taste |

Sauté the beef until brown. Add onion and garlic, cook until tender. Add all other ingredients and stir over low heat until cream cheese melts. Pour into crock[pot and keep warm. Serve with corn chips or taco chips
