3 cups of cabbage, shredded 1 pound can of unsweetened pineapple, diced 2 tablespoons of sugar replacement Dash of salt 1/2 cup of low calorie whipped topping (prepared) |

Combine cabbage and pineapple with juice, sugar replacement and salt. Stir and put at room temperature 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Drain. Fold in topping.
Low calorie whipped topping - mix nondairy whipped topping with water. |
