Diabetic Onion Dip
8 ounces of plain lo-cal yogurt 1/2 onion, finely chopped 2 teaspoons of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of parsley 1 dash Hot pepper sauce 1 dash Horseradish 1 dash Salt and pepper
