Chocolate Mint Dessert Drink

2 cups of low fat ice cream
2 tablespoons of chocolate flavoring or extract
2 tablespoons of mint flavoring or extract
1 tablespoon of chunky peanut butter
4 fresh mint sprigs

 

Combine the ice cream, flavorings and peanut butter in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into four wine glasses. If desired, garnish each with a mint sprig. Makes 4 servings
