| Waldorf Salad 3 medium apples, unpeeled and diced 1/2 cup of sliced celery 1/4 cup of raisins 1/2 cup of low calories mayonnaise substitute 1 tablespoon of lemon juice Combine the apple, celery, and raisins in a medium bowl. Combine the low calorie mayonnaise substitute and lemon juice, stirring well to blend. Add to the fruit mixture and toss lightly to coat. Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Makes 5 servings
