Curried Flounder Fillets 

eight 3 ounce flounder fillets
2 green onions, minced
2 small cloves garlic, minced
1/8 teaspoon of curry powder
1/8 teaspoon of red pepper
2 tablespoons of all purpose flour
1 tablespoon of reduced calorie margarine

 

Rinse the fillets thoroughly in cold water, pat dry with paper towels and place in a shallow baking dish. Combine the green onions, garlic, curry powder and pepper, rub over surface of fillets. Cove and refrigerate for 1 hour. Melt the margarine in a baking dish at 350ºF., add fillets, turning once. Bake at 350ºF. for 5 - 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.  Makes 8 servings Recipe provided by http://www. Basic-Recipes.com
